The Beginning
A Cart, a Craft, and a Philosophy
Bartolo's Cucina was founded on a simple belief: that food is most meaningful when it brings people together. What started as a passion for hosting — for laying out a beautiful spread and watching guests linger, graze, and connect — grew into Milwaukee's most distinctive mobile charcuterie experience.
Every board we build is an invitation. An invitation to slow down, to taste something new, to start a conversation. We source the finest cured meats, artisan cheeses, and seasonal accompaniments, then arrange them with the care and intention of someone who genuinely loves what they do.
The cart travels to weddings, corporate gatherings, wineries, festivals, and private celebrations across Milwaukee and the surrounding area — rolling into each event as a centerpiece, a conversation starter, and a memory in the making.
